Nowshera Risalpur: Family Alleges Threats From Accused in Jail in Child Abuse Case
A distressing incident has come to light from the Risalpur area of Nowshera. A family has alleged that a 60-year-old man sexually abused three minor girls. The ages of the victims are reported to be between 6 to 10 years.
Following the incident, police arrested the alleged accused and sent him to jail. However, the affected family now claims that despite the accused being in jail, they are receiving threats from him.
The family is described as extremely poor. This situation has increased their fear and difficulties. They say they are already suffering from the trauma of what happened to their children, and now they have serious concerns about the safety of themselves and their children.
This case is not just about one family. It is about the safety of innocent children in our society who depend on adults and state institutions for their protection. In such cases, it is extremely important to keep the identity of the victim children completely confidential and to protect them from further mental distress, pressure, or threats.
The affected family demands that the relevant police and district administration take immediate notice of the alleged threats. They are asking for full protection for the family. They also request that if there is evidence of threats, separate legal action should be taken according to the law.
It is also important that the investigation of the case is completed in a transparent manner. Until proven in court, no person should be declared guilty and all allegations should be examined according to the law.
The question arises, if a poor family is forced to live in fear even after seeking justice for their children, then which door should they knock on?
The relevant authorities are urged to prioritize the safety of the affected children and their family and provide them access to legal justice without fear.
